More Than Just a Coach.

Kenny Lane is the Director of Legacy Hoopers and a highly respected figure in Westchester basketball. A graduate of Mount Saint Mary College, Kenny's collegiate career was defined by versatility, leadership, and dominance.

As a 3-time Team Captain, Kenny led by example. He graduated as one of the most decorated players in program history, holding 14 program records while joining the elite 1,000-point club.

🏆 Leadership & Legacy

  • The "Miracle at the Mount": Led an unforgettable 13-point comeback with 3 minutes remaining in the Skyline Semifinals.
  • National Dominance: Ranked #1 in the Country for Rebounds Per Game his senior year.
  • Complete Player: Averaged nearly a double-double for his entire 4-year career.

Today, Kenny combines that Hall of Fame standard with his professional background in Special Education. He understands that teaching basketball—like teaching in the classroom—requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to build confidence. At Legacy Hoopers, he isn't just training basketball players; he is mentoring future leaders.
