Inside the 90-Minute Lab

A typical practice is structured, intense, and educational.

01. Activation

Dynamic warm-up, elite footwork mechanics, and injury prevention.

02. Skill Lab

High-rep ball handling, shooting mechanics, and finishing packages.

03. Basketball IQ

Teaching spacing, cutting, defensive rotations, and decision making.

04. Live Comp

Full-court 5v5 scrimmages to apply concepts in a competitive environment.

Building Championship Habits: Playoff basketball requires a different level of focus. During the Zero Gravity Winter Playoffs, our 11U Girls showed how much their game IQ has evolved. This highlight is a perfect example of our athletes trusting the system, communicating on defense, and executing in crunch time.

Translating the Lab to the Court: The goal of our curriculum is to see practice concepts come to life in high-pressure moments. During their Zero Gravity Winter Playoff run, the 10U Boys did exactly that. This highlight captures their unselfish play, poise under pressure, and elite half-court execution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the upcoming season.

What is the weekly practice commitment?

Every team receives one mandatory 90-minute team practice per week focused on team concepts and competitive live-play. In addition, select teams are provided an optional weekly 60-minute skills session focused entirely on individual player development.

Will teams play in Tournaments or a Local League?

To ensure proper development at a young age, Director Kenny Lane evaluates each roster prior to the season. Based on the makeup of the team, players will either compete in 5 regional weekend tournaments (AAU format) or participate in a local Spring CYO League to ensure the game environment is both competitive and beneficial to their growth.

What is a "Practice Player" role?

At this age, development and high-level reps are the most important factors for long-term growth. Practice Players train weekly with the team and are held to the exact same standards of commitment, focus, and effort as full roster players. While game invitations are not guaranteed, Practice Players are an essential part of our program and will be activated for weekend events if the active team roster requires additional players due to absence. The fee for Practice Players is significantly reduced ($800 vs $1,350).

What does the registration fee cover?

The season fee covers all practices, optional skills sessions, tournament/league entry fees, insurance, and an exclusive Premium Player Kit. Every rostered and practice player will receive a custom game uniform, a practice jersey, and premium warm-up gear. Flexible payment plans (Deposit + Installments) are available at checkout.
